It’s a fact, new products tend to come with problems, then along comes a few updated revision to iron the bugs out. The MacBook Pro does have a few quirks, and Apple acknowledges it, provide fixes, replacement, whatever it takes to satisfy its customers (unlike certain big Corp that I know of). According to Apple, the MacBook Pro should never become hot to the point of being uncomfortable. The representative I spoke to said “that should not happen. If it is, bring back your MacBook Pro and we’ll give you an updated version.”

I wonder if we get this kind of support from Apple Malaysia…
